Regular chimney maintenance is critically important for the safety of your home and family. An annual sweep is more cost-effective long term, because a clear chimney is more efficient, creates a better draught, and means you need less fuel to create the same heat output.
It also means that each sweep is likely to be quicker, saving you money overall.
