We're Karl & Katie, founders of Step In Time Chimney Services.
We are firm believers that home is where the hearth is! We will be leaving you at peace with the knowledge that your home is a safer place for you and your family.
Customer service is at the centre of what we do, and we have plenty of experience to do a great job! In fact, between us, we have over 45 years of experience in customer-facing service delivery (I know.. we surely don't look old enough)!
We take genuine pride in being part of the community here in the Surrey Hills. No two customers are the same; we'll tailor the advice you need and be transparent and honest at all times. We will never leave a job unfinished.
Certified Chimney Sweeping
It's important to used a certified chimney sweep. Karl has been trained to national safety standards by Rodtech UK. Rodtech started the rotary power sweeping revolution in the UK, creating a fast and highly effective methodology and cutting-edge equipment.
